Information We Collect

We collect account details such as your name, email address, phone number, password, and primary local government area when you enroll or sign in.

When you submit a nomination, we collect nomination details, supporting descriptions, uploaded evidence, and verification notes needed to assess governance performance.

We may process authentication records, device and browser information, session activity, and audit logs to secure the platform and protect the integrity of the awards process.

How We Use Information

We use participant data to verify identity, manage nominations, coordinate review workflows, communicate status updates, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions.

Administrative and jury activity may be recorded to support role-based access, accountability, dispute review, and platform security.

We use aggregated information to understand participation patterns and improve the reliability of the nomination and verification experience.

Sharing And Disclosure

Access to personal data is limited to authorized platform personnel, verification teams, jurors, and administrators who need it for the awards process.

We may share information when required by law, to protect platform security, or to investigate misuse of the nomination system.

We do not sell participant personal information.

Security And Retention

The platform uses role-based access controls, encrypted communications, audit trails, and operational safeguards to reduce unauthorized access and data misuse.

We retain records for as long as needed to administer the awards, satisfy audit requirements, resolve disputes, and meet legal or operational obligations.

When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or restrict access to it.

Your Choices

You may request corrections to inaccurate account information or ask questions about how your data is handled.

Some records may need to be retained where they are necessary for verification, audit integrity, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

You can protect your account by using a strong password, keeping login details private, and signing out after using shared devices.
